What we believe
The boring version of becoming your best self.
Most self-development promises transformation. We promise a slightly better Tuesday, done often enough that it becomes a life.

one nudge a week
"Character is the long shadow of a thousand small Tuesdays. We are not in the transformation business — we are in the Tuesday business."
Our principles
Six lines we don't cross.
- 01
Small before impressive
A two-minute change you'll do for a year beats a two-hour system you'll abandon by February. We write for the version of you that's tired, not the version giving a TED talk.
- 02
Evidence over vibes
If a claim can be sourced, we source it. If a study is thin, we say so. Certainty is a red flag; useful frameworks name their edges.
- 03
Language is a lens
Each edition — English, German, French, Spanish and beyond — is written from scratch in its own language, not translated. Cultures grow differently.
- 04
No sponsored enlightenment
We take no advertising, no affiliate links, no paid placements. Readers keep us honest by reading.
- 05
AI as a draft, humans as a spine
Large language models help us cover ground. An editorial checklist — on evidence, structure, and voice — is what decides whether a piece ships.
- 06
Life first, output second
Career, money and productivity matter because they buy back time for relationships, rest, and being alive on purpose. Never the reverse.
The negative space
What we won't do.
Every publication is defined as much by what it refuses as by what it prints. Here is the list we keep taped to the wall.
No 5 AM cults
We don't sell miracle mornings, cold-plunge machismo, or hustle porn. If a routine only works when you have no obligations, it isn't a routine — it's a lifestyle brand.
No sponsored takes
Zero affiliates, zero placements, zero ‘brought to you by'. If we mention a product, it's because it's the best answer, not the best margin.
No guru worship
Frameworks are named after the people who coined them, then interrogated. Nobody on this site is your dad.
No manufactured urgency
You will never see a countdown timer, a fake seat count, or a ‘last chance' banner. The work is slow on purpose.
Signed, the desk
If any of this rings true, you're already one of us. Read a piece. Try a small thing. Come back next Sunday.
